Creative Play

What: Creative Play Therapy is an integrative therapeutic approach that uses play as a medium to help clients express emotions, develop coping strategies, and address behavioural or psychological challenges.
It provides a safe and non-judgemental environment where clients can process their thoughts and feelings through games, storytelling, roleplaying, art, music and other creative activities

Who: Clients with social, emotional, behavioural and physiological needs, such as anxiety, aggression, trauma, life transitions and difficulties in relationships.

How: Utilising techniques such as empathic and active listening, reflection, mirroring, imaginary and expressive play, and goals setting to help clients to repair and reconnect with self and others.
Filial Play Coaching

What: A collaborative play session for a parent and a child led by the child and facilitated by a therapist.

Who: Parent and child aged 2 to 18 (or any age).

How: Utilising techniques such as empathic and active listening, reflection, mirroring, and acknowledging and enthusiastically engaging with child, and limit setting thus to tighten and strengthen parent-child relationship.

Supervision Services
