Sarah Teh
Therapist
I specialise in working with children, youth, and families using a warm, person-centred approach. Through non-directive play therapy, I support young clients in building resilience and navigating emotional and behavioural challenges at their own pace.
My practice is grounded in six years of experience across school, arts, and research settings, and shaped by a deep belief that meaningful change begins with trust, empathy, and the freedom to explore. I bring creativity, compassion, and a commitment to each child’s unique growth and voice.
